Executive training that rewires how you lead under pressure

Most leadership programmes hand you frameworks. We put you in scenarios where every framework fails — and teach you to think beyond them. Small cohorts, real stakes, lasting change.

Four phases that separate us from every other programme

Diagnostic immersion

Before the seminar begins, each participant completes a confidential decision-audit. We analyse how you weigh risk, handle ambiguity, and respond when stakeholder interests collide. This is not a personality quiz — it is a structured review of your last twelve months of consequential choices, mapped against outcome data your organisation shares with us under NDA.

Pressure-tested scenarios

Over three intensive days, your cohort of no more than nine leaders works through live-action case studies drawn from real crises in finance, healthcare, energy and government. Facilitators introduce cascading complications — incomplete data, shifting alliances, media scrutiny — to surface the reflexes that textbook leadership hides. Expect discomfort; that is where growth begins.

Peer-calibrated feedback

Each scenario concludes with a structured debrief led by fellow participants, not the facilitator. This peer-calibration model forces honest reflection and builds the kind of trust that outlasts the seminar room. We provide a behavioural observation framework so feedback stays specific and actionable rather than vague.

Ninety-day integration sprint

After the seminar, participants enter a ninety-day integration period. Fortnightly one-to-one coaching calls, a private cohort channel, and a midpoint check-in session ensure that new decision habits stick. We track three self-selected leadership metrics with you and report progress to your sponsor if requested.

Three programmes, one philosophy

Every programme is built on the same principle: leaders grow fastest when they are challenged by peers who refuse to be polite about what they see.

Executives collaborating in a workshop setting

The crucible — flagship three-day seminar

Our signature experience. Nine leaders, three days, zero slides. You will face six escalating crisis scenarios designed to expose your default decision patterns. Suitable for C-suite, managing directors and senior vice presidents with at least eight years in leadership roles. Held quarterly at our Stracke-over-Gleason campus.

The catalyst — one-to-one intensive

A two-day private intensive for leaders facing a specific inflection point: a merger, a board transition, a turnaround mandate. We pair you with a facilitator who has operated at board level in your sector. The agenda is built entirely around your live challenge, not a pre-set curriculum.

The forge — in-house team programme

Bring the methodology inside your organisation. We design a custom scenario series for your top team, using anonymised versions of your own strategic challenges. Delivered on-site or at a venue of your choice, for groups of six to fourteen. Includes a pre-programme diagnostic and a sixty-day follow-up review.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this programme designed for?

Our programmes are designed for senior leaders — typically at C-suite, managing director or senior vice-president level — who have at least eight years of leadership experience and are responsible for decisions that affect strategy, capital allocation or organisational direction. We are not a good fit for early-career managers seeking foundational skills.

How large are the cohorts?

The Crucible seminar caps at nine participants per cohort. This ceiling is deliberate: it ensures every leader receives meaningful scenario time and peer feedback. The Forge in-house programme accepts six to fourteen, depending on team dynamics and the complexity of the custom scenarios we build.

What happens during the ninety-day integration period?

After the seminar, you receive fortnightly one-to-one coaching calls with your assigned facilitator, access to a private cohort communication channel, and a structured midpoint review at day forty-five. You will track three self-selected leadership metrics and receive a final progress report at day ninety.

Where do the seminars take place?

Our flagship Crucible seminar is held at our campus in Stracke-over-Gleason, England. The Catalyst intensive can take place at our campus or a venue of your choosing. The Forge in-house programme is delivered on-site at your organisation or at an external location you select.

Is there a pre-work requirement?

Yes. Every participant completes a confidential decision-audit before the seminar. This typically takes three to four hours and involves reviewing your most significant leadership decisions from the past twelve months. Your organisation may also share anonymised outcome data under NDA to enrich the diagnostic.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the programme and cohort size. The Crucible seminar fee covers the three-day residential, all materials, the ninety-day integration coaching and the final progress report. We share detailed pricing after an initial conversation to ensure the programme is the right fit. Contact us to discuss.
